bachelor degree生涯內最後一個mid term: FINA0304 Advanced Corporate Finance
reading week之前一兩個禮拜已經無上堂, 又唔check portal email
係reading week內某日同人講起CSIS7801個mid term, 先醒起自己都有科好似有midterm
拎個course outline黎睇下, 驚見mid term就係今日=.=chapter 1 - introduction
chapter 2 - discounting and compounding
chapter 3 - dividend discount model
chapter 4 - binomial option pricing有d新意好無呀...全部野都讀過曬...
所以今次幾乎係裸考(用詞mainland左添)
Q1 mortgage problem, 照題面解根本係CE Math題目, 一個足夠醒既中五學生應該都識做...雖然我諗左好耐先到=.=
Q2 tracking portfolio, 睇佢d notes想明白tracking portfolio既concept 真係無乜可能lor, 好彩有睇書; 不過最尾果part都係唔識
Q3 option pricing, 成條照抄assignment, 隨左將call改成put; 不過最尾果part都係唔識
Q4 option pricing (risk neutral probability), 又係成條照抄assignment...=====
