九半既exam佢係九半先開門比我地入去=.=20條mc, 果然係唔駛用腦又唔乜洗溫書既
1條case, 估你唔到竟然係video game industry...睇一篇新聞之後回答以下三條問題1. What is the strategy of Nintendo in Wii?
2. Using the concepts discussed in class, analyze the competitive environment of Wii, and describe the future of it.
3. Why Microsoft launched XBox360? What is the effect of Playstation on Microsoft?頭兩條都係篇新聞有提過既野，唔難...
最尾呢條幾有趣，係靠平時留意先識答..不過我都唔係吹左好多...
playstation面世之前，複雜既game都要起電腦先玩到...playstation出現令到professional gamer唔需要成日upgrade 電腦黎玩最新遊戲，間接影響左Windows既sales...
呢個關係，我諗...唔係打開機既女仔真係未必諗到...而篇文又無好explicitly提到...
不過我吹水吹到唔知講咩好...老屈話呢排Battlefield 3一出，個個forum都討論咩spec既機先satisfy到黎証明new game同upgrade 電腦既關係=.=Dec 20 Advanced Corporate Finance Final Exam
呢個course...教既topic係好既
可惜D lecture notes全部都係examples, 係problem based既教學方法，但呢個course 應該係重theory架麻...
睇番豪哥send比我兩年前既notes，呢個course有教Ito' Lemma...唔算好深入咁教左少少stochastic calculus
呢個course咁多stat人take, A&F既人九成九比人屈機死啦...好可能係咁所以evaluate到無左呢課
搞到個course既重點去左information asymmetry...但係唔用real analysis既方法教
只會流於一D簡單兼低能既例子，睇完都唔會好深刻理解到theory既重點mid term 份卷話左比我地知，prof. wong出卷就係得四條數...
一個course 9個chatpers...即係我貼題出邊幾課者...1. real option analysis
2. pricing of convertible bonds
3. information asymmetry and capital structure
4. information asymmetry and capital structure之前讀過FINA0301 Derivatives, 再讀埋呢個course, 我依然唔係好明白risk neutral probability...
連implied riskless rate都唔識計，我都枉稱為一個major Finance既學生lor...第1題完全唔識做用binomial tree同risk neutral probability 既方法計bond price, 係幾有趣，明左個concept之後完全無難度
後面兩條都係低能野...偏偏就佔最多分...考埋Advanced Corporate Finance...小弟全職學生既生涯...終於完結喇...
